OUR STORY

Rock Bottom

Domino Healing did not begin as a brand or a plan. It began at rock bottom. Mental health fractured, addiction stacked on top of addiction, and anxiety so intense it shrank the world down to a few "safe" places. Eight years of agoraphobia. Crippling fear. Alcohol. Nicotine. Substances. A slow spiral that felt chaotic from the inside and inevitable in hindsight.

I am a filmmaker, and "I have always seen life in layers. Cause and effect." Moments that look random until you step back far enough to see how they connect. I did not destroy myself in one dramatic moment. It happened gradually. One choice leaned into the next. One coping mechanism became another. A chain reaction I barely noticed while it was happening.

That realization changed everything. If damage happens in sequence, then healing has to work the same way. Not fast. Not loud. Healing starts small. With patience. With failure. With learning what does not work and trying again anyway. Progress was never a straight line. It was a quiet accumulation of better decisions, made even when motivation was gone.

Domino Healing grew from that understanding. This space exists for people who know something has to change but do not know where to start. For those who are tired of being told to push harder, move faster, or fix themselves overnight. Here, healing is not a performance. It is direction.

This is a sanctuary. A place to breathe. A place to learn without being rushed. A place to heal without being fixed. We believe in self-trust, in listening to your body, and in finding your way home through confusion instead of fighting it. Growth happens when safety and truth exist in the same room.

Domino Healing is not guided by a single voice. Together, they reflect the real process.

Steps in when reality needs to be faced without decoration.

Healing is a rollercoaster. Some days bring clarity. Others bring setbacks. Some days the work is learning how to stand still without quitting. The goal is not perfection. It is understanding what is happening, planning with intention, acting when ready, and mastering patience when progress feels slow.

You do not need to flip your life upside down. You only need to move one thing, on purpose.

The first domino.
